Color4Design Review

This is a very basic program for color conversion, but I do not need something high tech at this time, so it works for me. I am only using the program to correlate printed material colors with web design colors for an organization I work with.
It appears that if a user needs more answers to a problem, you have to access the company's website, rather than having Help files installed with the program. Their FAQ page is limited in information, requiring that email be sent to the company for more specific answers to problems.

In ordering this product, I found that the response time for me to receive the unlocking code could have been quicker. I had to wait until the next day to get the code. I was really needing the code right away as I was working on my project and needed a quick program to help with color conversion. I have ordered products from other online overseas companies who responded immediately with unlocking codes and license codes, so that once the item was downloaded, the codes could be used to enable the program right away, instead of having to wait a day.
